If a request for any changes in your class or program occurs after signing up, we will do our best to accomodate you within our means. If a student should experience any sudden medical concerns which inhibit their ability to participate in their registered program, we will move their remaining classes to the next session. If we are unable to move their remaining classes due to a lack of continuing sessions, we will refund them their remaining incomplete lessons. There are no refunds, makeups, or credits for any cancelled programs due pool closures caused by "Acts of God". For example:

  1. Thunder and/or lightening at the pool witnessed by MCHS Aquatic Staff requires an evacuation and closer of the pool for at least 30 minutes. If thunder and/or lightening persists after initial closer, MCHS Aquatic Staff holds the right to shut down the Aquatic Center until the following Hours of Operation.
  2. A pool will close for 12 hours if a fecal accident should occur in the pool. The pool will reopen after it has been thoroughly vacuumed, superchlorinated, and deemed safe for patrons.
  3. If a water pipe is shut off on campus and water is not available for the pool, showers, and toilets; the pool must close until further notice by Aquatic Staff.
Again, Mt Carmel Aquatics will not be able to accomodate any makeups, credits, or refunds of any kind due to pool closures caused by uncontrollable events.
